Daily Self-Care addresses health and wellness through a new model. Our unique approach assesses needs onsite alongside the employees. This integration of Daily Self-Care and corporate team members engages the workplace community, creating a more relevant program. Success is secured through the application of our three tenets: mindful movement, conscious consumption, and thought.

Mindful Movement: Being mindful of how you move through space. The way you sit, stand, walk, sleep, and even breathe. An engaged awareness of movement only achieved through thought.

Conscious Consumption: Being conscious of not only what you consume, but how and why. It goes beyond food and drink. A more focused appreciation earned through thought.

Thought: Simply put, without thought, there is no Daily Self-Care.

“There is where thought comes in, where you begin to connect to what it is you are doing and why. To begin a dialogue with yourself and others as to why. Then, from that thought, from that connection, you will truly engage and get the very most out of that very experience in that moment. Your movement will become mindful. Your consumption will become conscious. It will never happen automatically and that is a good thing. You want to be present and aware as life is too amazing to be on autopilot!”
